Is that the Marine style one Mego? Have you fired it up yet? Let us know how you go when cooking a pie, I noticed mine is considerably colder at the front to the point where if you were cooking two pies you should rotate them half way through cooking. I wasn't sure if I blew an element or thats just how it is but let us know how you go?

Yes mate the larger marine one.

I had 3 large sausage rolls in the oven in the morning at 130 degrees. I put them in at about 7:40 got to Broadford bout 9:30 and the sausage rolls were perfect to eat.
I took them out if the freezer last night and left them in the fridge so they would have been thawed also.
Put party pies in at 12:00 @130 degrees and were perfect for lunch at 1:00.

I did read your post prior so when we stopped I grabbed the trays an spun em around anyway.

Touching the bottom plate at the front by accident when spin tray around was bloody skin burning stuff.
