    Projecta Dual Battery Kit

    Hi Guys,

When I bought my TD42 it was fitted with a dual battery system (http://www.projecta.com.au/site/Defa..._product-L.jpg)

As per the link above. I have noted today that it has stopped working and I have checked all the fuses and run the multimeter over it to verify the issue is in the actual control unit.

Just wondering if anyone has the same unit or has experienced any issues with this unit etc. I have not taken it out of the car yet but will look at pulling it apart to see if I can fix it but most likey will need to get a new one. Only issue is they do not sell them just with a controller so will get all the cabling again. If this is what I have to do, I will post up to see if anyone wants the cable mine is fully kitted

If the unit is knackered use the same cable and replace it with a Redarc or similar

So today I disconnected both the wires into the unit and left it for 5 minutes. Plugged it back in and it is now working fine !!
