Penrite HPR vs Dello 400
Hi all
I am about to do my first oil change since I brought the troll. From reading on the forum, most people tend to use either
Dello 400 multigrade or Penrite HPR.
I am interested in hearing from people who have tried both and which they prefer to use and reasons why
I am driving 2007 3.0L Y61CRD Patrol.
Thanks in advance

not sure if the CrD is more suited to one oil and the DiD to another
maybe this thread will see a pattern evolve

I want to start using Penrite 10-40 semi synthetic for a 02 gu zd30 Di, since engine change its only had Nissan oil in it 10-40 semi synthetic, so hoping the change to penrite will be no probs? Any thoughts on the Penrite oil?

I am using Penrite synthetic, no problems and does not use oil, next change I might use the Valvoline syngard just to try it.

How's the serenity
ZD30DI - Dello 400. Change every 6 months . KM's anywhere from 3000 to 7000 it just depends how much I use it , and I have a provent catch can fitted I reckon it catches 200 to 500 ml of oil residue in the 6 month period , this depends on the km's done also .
The price of excellence is dicipline , the cost of mediocrity is dissapointment .
