Thread: Thoughts on moving hand brake forward??

    all very well and good if you dont use your swaybar disconnect. Not sure if you are aware of this but the handbrake braking system is actually on the front end of the rear drive shaft (well it is on my TD42 & TD42 anyway) so i reckon it would be easier just to move your handbrake forward on the drive tunnel rather than have to re-route the handbrake cable....... happy to be corrected if I'm not right because I am slightly mechanically impaired

    Haha that makes 2 of us that are mechanically impaired then! So do you think that moving it forward and just getting a longer cable for it would be the solution?

    In my mind it would appear to be the easiest solution but whether it's the best solution, I wouldn't like to guess mate
