Rear seat on a gq swb when folded

Hi, I have recently bought a gq shorty. I was wondering when the rear seat is folded down then rolled forward behind the front seats, is there a latch or lock which will lock it in place so it won't fall back down? My old gq lwb had a strap and a latch (down low on the corners) to lock it in place. Is there one in the shorty?

I'm also not 100% but the lwb rear seat had a lever which if you lifted it allowed the seat to fold forward, then you pushed it back down to lock it..
Does the swb have this setup in the foot well??

Unfortunately I haven't found any locking latch/lever or even knob to tie it to...

Mine has an adjustable strap loop that goes around the headrest of the front seats. Pretty crude.
