Is yours a crd Meh ? For what its worth , after I fitted the boost control I was hitting 19-20 until I fine tuned the Dawes down to 16. And never got limp mode.

How are you getting 19psi whiteout hitting limp mode every hill? Mines at 15 and even then hits it every now and then up a hill holding 3000rpm

Is yours chiped? Would that change when limp mode comes in?

Would the rubber gasket on the scoop still seal on to the intercooler with out the cover?

Dp chip but that doesnt affect that. I have the HPD hi flow air box lid and maf housing which does allow me to go beyond the stock limits.

Yeh heaps less restrictive especially if your running a 3" exhaust
