Not interested in my Troll looking perty, its a bloody 4wd.
If I wanted something perty I would buy a Freelander or a Rav4.

More of an Evoque kind of guy.
Just thinking in OE guise with the cover off would the IC be as efficient

Took mine off. Just a pain, more bolts to take off each time I fiddle with things or when parts break. Plus it didnt fit too well with the bigger intercooler on.
EGT's have been NO difference what so ever. Mine is NAD'd with the EGR blocked running 19psi. Sits around 200-250 around town. Had a car full of 5 people loaded with all camping gear down the mount lindsey, in 5th gear up the hill at 100km/hr highest it got was 398degrees

The master farter
The only reason for the cover is sound. It's supposed to block out the top end diesel rattle. This cover was the first thing I took off when I got my troll.

How are you getting 19psi whiteout hitting limp mode every hill? Mines at 15 and even then hits it every now and then up a hill holding 3000rpm

Not sure ?
just followed the instructions on here to set it up and crept the boost up. Get full boost by around 2500rpm. Drives great, plenty of torque with no lag
Just checked this in the car, full boost is actually around 1700rpm
