Ok, huge update!
After 12 months of leaking radiator and overheating issues it looks to be all solved!
OEM radiator and UFI fan hub assembly from Patrolapart.
Just drove back from Patrolapart, pretty hot day and gave it a roostering up the infamous radiator hill tester and it didn't get above 82 degrees.
Those temps only last week in same weather was seeing 95-100, gobsmacked by the difference, heard a lot about the UFI fan and using OEM radiator and huge tick!!!

Nice one mate, looks like the hot days are over though so no real testing until next year. But definitely looks like a good sign!
What was that worth in parts?

I had the ac pumping on the way home and didn’t hear it but I’ll test it out properly this weekend.

Yeah 29 coming home so pretty warm. Seen it reach 95 + on the hill in low 30’s.

Taking the kiddies camping tomorrow so whilst it’s only 25 degrees I’m super keen to see how the new radiator and fan goes towing 2t up the slide.

Just rolled in the door with the kiddies from Murrindindi, awesome little spot for quick weekends away!
Anyways, absolutely stoked with the new set up. 30 degrees, towing 2 tonne, kids and car loaded up radiator test hill, air con on and max temp was 95.
Pretty happy to say it has dropped it by approx 10 degrees +. There's no way I could have the AC on towing either in this weather.

Awesome results mate, might have to do the same thing eventually I reckon. Just to make it more driveable in the hot weather while towing.
Have you got a pic of the clearance between the fan and the radiator?

Pics look close but it’s 25mm
Fans themselves are miles away.
