Westy's Ranger Build up, mild tourer

Well about time I contributed something again to this place, all be it a Ranger.
Picked up the Next Gen Dual cab mid Jan 2023 after it got stuck in Quarantine and didn't make the pre Christmas delivery date.

It's quite simple and it won't be ridiculous as it's a work car first, play car after.
    It's the 3ltr v6 with a 10 speed auto.
Xlt variant, which is good tech but short of leather seats etc.

Straight up from dealer was fitted
ARB Sahara single hoop bar with integrated LED light bar.
Maxliner Venture Canopy with carry frame for 100kg capacity.
GME xrs UHF with 6bd 1.2m HD whip
Black Duck 4 elements seat covers
    Maxliner floor mats
Thats how it sits as of now.

On the way and in process.
ARB base rack on custom back bone mounts
    Bushwakka 270 awning
Timber draw build (similar to the GQ) with a single draw and low fridge slide.
    New tyres......

I will possibly fit a 40ltr water tank under tray for potable water on the job, with a small 12v pump and spout.

And I think that will just about do.
Time line is ready for the simmo crossing in 2024.
If you guys have any questions yell out.
    Enjoy

Good to see you back Kallen. Looks good. What happened to the Pathy?

What is the charge? Eating a meal? A succulent Chinese meal??

Nice looking fourby. I hope you get many years of enjoyment out of it.
My advice is: not to follow my advice.

Move it on after about 10 months.
It wasn't up to towing our newer van.

    Another item added.
    ARB Base Rack.
Of course no one had a back bone to go from the Maxliner Canopy so designed and made it myself.
    Super happy with the outcome.
And a lot cleaner than the kit Maxliner were looking at which was all universal brackets and looked messy AF.
8 bolts and this is off only leaving a small angle bracket.
Next up is finish draws and 270 awning.

Well after a trip to the Flinders mid year and finding out how much clearance the ranger didn't have it was up for a lift kit....
I went cheap for now with shackle and spacers but they will do the trick. Alignment all come in spec so happy days.
New tyres too as the HT's were getting loose on the gravel so giving the new Toyo AT3's a run.
    They look wicked.

Progress is slow but getting there.
Had fitted the ARB under vehicle armor..
    This stuff looks the good.
Little disappointed the CV protection didn't carry across from the PX range but imo its miles ahead of steel.
    And bugger all weight..
Hopefully won't need to use it...

A little more achieved over the weekend.
So I wanted to try and reduce setup, so I've decided to have a spot for the gas stove in the draws..
If I had deep pockets it would have been dual lythium batteries and an induction cook top.. but I don't.... (always open to donations....)
Anyway, stove draw sits under fridge slide, will have cutlery, and small condiments next to it with a small prep board to be added soon.
Unfortunately, the clear I used yellowed the white paint, which has pissed me off. But I'm nit keen on redoing it.. maybe after simmo as I have to much other stuff to do..

I also made a small custom mount to carry the mobile in the X grip and the UHF hand piece.
Sorta followed the console shape so I don't impeded on too much leg space..
Once the double sided tape is set ill mount it up and snap a pic from drivers seat.
