    Bullet Diesel Brisbane

Hi all. I've been looking into having a 6.5 chevy fitted , so thought I would try Bullet Diesel in Brisbane. But seems they are no longer trading! Bullet superchargers are trading (used to be part of Bullet diesel but are now a separate company) and may start fitting chevy engines. But does anyone know of any other companies in SE QLD that specialises in this type of work? Cheers, Jim

You'd want to make a heap of arrangements with either Brunswick Diesel (Perth) or Gryphon Engineering (Cairns) prior to booking in your vehicle and wanting it to be ready next day. Both will work with you to get the job done in your timeframes but it does take a bit of time to get it right.

    I agree

I don't know of any people who haven't had to take the vehicle back to Brunnies WA at least once usually 2 or 3 times.

An example is the vehicle I just acquired which was taken back 3 times in the first 6 months for "issues".
When I bought it the prev owner said "Here's a couple of spare endless air belts. For some reason it keeps throwing them off. I've had it back and we don't know why"
The reason it was throwing them is because you can run the endless air off the main serpy or its own belt off a double width A/C pulley
This engine had a lower bracket for a main belt drive and an upper bracket for seperate belt drive so it was misaligned big time and the lower bracket had cracked
I couldn't be rrsed sourcing the correct bracket so I welded the busted one and stood it off the width of the belt and she's almost spot on alignment now.

I'm not having a shot at Brunnies per se... it's just that the job is a major one and it would be very unusual for it to be perfect so you need to have your timing sorted ahead of the job and a booking for a few days later for the fixes. If you get a perfect job then good for you
Dolphins are so smart that within a few weeks of captivity, they can train people to stand on the very edge of the pool and throw them fish.
