I've just pulled a driver out of a creek on a track that was taped off both ways with red and white tape - by SES or DSE, which I understood to be "no go" or "stop" or something like that.
But it occurred to me that different coloured tapes are supposed to have different meanings, otherwise, why the different colours.
Maybe some forum members who volunteer for SES can tell the rest of us what all the different colours are mean.
Also, do different States use different colours, etc.
blue and white is do not enter police investigation area.
red and white is do not enter danger
red and black is do not enter live electrical work in progress
yellow and black is caution
