Climate Control (AC) controller backlight out

    Hi all,
Noticed that the backlight on part of the control panel for the AC controls isn't lighting up which means a section of the LCD and some of the actual buttons aren't lit up when my lights come on.
Not certain of the cause whether it's as simple as a blown fuse or something more involved.

Any info on what's broken and how to fix it would be gold.

It doesn't look like it's going to be a cheap/easy fix.

I would remove it and check the connections on the back.

    hi,
Usually they have little 1watt or 1/2watt globes inside the actual unit itself, have replaced them before in other cars,
have even replaced the little lights in the separate switch's on the dash as well, all can be done if you take your time and if your a bit handy on the electrical side!
