Well, considering I've only done around 3,000km to date.....I'm thinking I want to try some moderate tracks to start with lol. Plus need to figure out what aftermarket goodies I wanna fit.......

Grab a copy of dirty weekends in the great south east ,all easy , and check out the trips and treks for qld on here

D'Aguilar national park is a good start and there's a few campgrounds in there as well. Went there couple of weeks ago and the track was easy, they also have moderate and difficult tracks as well. Ime just west of Ipswich.
