I have a galaxy TAB2 7".
The unit has internal GPS, takes up a 32 Gb card
A new galaxy TAB3 7" are around $225, faster, internal GPS, more storage etc.
I'm running android Oziexplorer and very happy with it, yes its cut don from the PC version, but it does the JOB. I believe the tab3's come with a Turn by Turn GPS apps as well.
I used a RAM Mount - (designed for the Samsung) to properly mount the unit - I have posted else where about the ram mount
I used the tab at home to acess the internet via wifi. I have also just purchased a TELSTRA hot spot that I can take on trips tyo use with my phines and the tablet
1991 GQ LWB 4.2 Carby dual fuel, 32 mud claws, 2 inch lift, LSD's front and back
