Thanks guys.. Fuel pump is a Carter 4600HP 6-8 psi with auto cutoff and pumps at 100gph..
I had too put extended brake lines front and rear for the suspension..
Suspension was got from suspensionstuff.com and they are there own springs made by dobinsons I believe

Where did you mount it in front of the plunger/filter ?
Are you turfing the vacuum canister under the engine cover,
Dumb question have you got the dip stick modification on your Patrol
Havent put the pump in yet, will be mounted under floorpan near tank.. Vacume canister is already removed and I already jave measured dip stick and is the revised shorter one so all good haha

Welcome back Fletch. Hope you're all rested from your short departure from the forums.
Nice truck mate, love the white ones. Looks just as tidy as the old Patrol.
Hey are you able to make up some wiring looms for the series 3 lights so it's plug and play with the older GU's? (1999)? Been meaning to look into it further but just haven't had a chance lately. I want to replace my old ones with the newer series 3 version as I hate the 1 reverse light! Also the added brake lights are good too.
when I first brought the patrol home my missus said one of the reverse lights doesn't work,
I looked and looked all was working, dummy lights threw her off. Glad I retro fitted the lights with LED globes.
The more who can see you the safer I feel
04 ST 3lt auto, not enough Mods to keep me happy, but getting there

Started the lift pump mod this week, have pump mounted and lines done ready too hook up.. Im replacing all the fuel lines while im doing this seeing as they are fairly old now.. Will have follow up pics soon after all completed and once spill line mod is done too compensate for the fuel pump

Few pics of the carter fuel pump fitted up.. Have it mounted to chassis mount for exhaust hanger.. Pump is quite loud so is completely rubber mounted.. Can barley hear it when the car is running.. Pump is run off ignition..
When installing a fuel punp the spill line return needs too be moved.. In the photos after u remove the intercooler you can see the spill return line that runs out near the first glow plug too the fuel in of the injector pump (fuel line thats bigger from the filter).. This needs too be teed into the smaller return line too the tank or pressurized fuel will be forced into the injector return line..
Patrol take off alot easier from a standing start (mine is a manual) and also a small noticeable increase in power and torque through the rev range.. Very happy with this mod

Also got rid of the small little driving lights on the front and fitted up a set of Narva 225's.. Very happy with them, good throw of light and will be better once I fitup a set of 55w HID's into them.. They also fill out the bullbar abit nicer
