    Cargo net

    Hi all,
I was thinking that a cargo net, similar to those used in the back of planes. Would be good for improving the safety on the back of my wagon, but still allow access from the passenger seats. What are others thoughts/has anyone else done this?

    Cheers,
    Barndillo

I've got one, the ones from cargo airplanes are huge and expensive and hard to get. Mine is Boab unit for Landy from OL. Its the one for the roof and needs some modification to fit in Patrol (its too big)
    Landrover under roof cargo net

    Cheers

It's on my list of things to do. I have this link (the company does not post to Australia.) and the hardest piece to get would be the custom side rail.

My personal idea is to run two or three horizontal bars from grab handle to grab handle across the car. From middle passenger grab handle to rear passenger grab handle would be some steel cable. As you put it up you would thread it through the net. It doesn't have to be cargo net though. It would be for jumpers, pillows, first aid kit etc.
