Second hand brand new tyres are only worth $200 each. I bought five brand new cooper st's for $1000. Before that I bought 5 almost brand new mickeys for $800. 285x75x16 both sets.
Your tyres are worth half what you asking? You should be asking around $600-700 max ($800 on a good day)?

Maybe you should try fleabay and see what you get for them?
