North Stradbroke Island (or straddie for short) Camping Trip.

Weekend of the 14 & 15th Dec, Camping on Flinders Beach.



Straddie is a great place, it costs a bit to get a car over on the ferry, thus why this is a 2 day trip, as it becomes more cost effective.

Straddie is mostly easy going, and so is suited to standard 4x4s, Ill be happy play tour guide, or you can just do your own thing.

DI is pretty cool, heaps more stuff to see and do on straddie tho, plus you can get there much quicker !

I ve never eaten a pippie, kids have caught heaps, but we gave em all to fishermen on the beach...... i do like prawns tho !

I get a bit excited myself looking at the pics, its such a great place, and so close , well maybe not close to you AB, but you have rain and wind n "cool" stuff like that !
