For the little extra I think I'll stick with what I know.

My giant AGM worked well and lasted over 5 years. I think I let it run low it doesn't hold charge overnight now.

This may be a better replacement..

IMHO, go for a known brand. A few years ago, a close relative of mine bought a couple of batteries online touted as being 130 AH. The batteries were woefully under capacity and did not last long. Unfortunately, the company did not honour exchange or warranty.

You will need to change to a DC to DC charger if you got to lithium mate. I just did one for a mate, came up brilliant imho but it's not just matter of changing the battery over.20230212_172502.jpg

Yeah, I did some reading this morning..
Looks like I'm just going to replace the giant with another giant AGM. The redarc dual sensing isolator works well for me..

Its huge in comparison!
How about the weight? Being lead so heavy, I would expect this to be lighter despite the size... Never seen one such battery in person.

110ah difference(smaller one is calcium) calcium weighs 23.something kgs, LIFePo package weighs 27 kgs so something under that. Insane the difference! My neighbour has a 200ah AGM and it seriously takes two people to lift.
