Nope its like a spinning rubbing sound.... not a knock and besides, panhards are less than a year old, or whenever I got them from you, and have done virtually stuff all offroading since fitting them

Not the exhaust rubbing on the cross member, only spinning rubbing sound I have atm lol

They are the OEM looms that are used for the bumper lights on the GQ mate. They often get cooked by the exhaust on one side and ripped out on the other. Lol.

As mudski said it is the Wiring looms for the brake lights/ blinkers in the bumper bar. Mine had rusted the bulbs in tight.

Yes, I'm thinking possibly drive shaft rubbing on something, or possibly even fan rubbing..... cant see any sign if either though..... so left side engine mount first, then drivers side, then maybe gearbox mount

Have you tried cleaning the MAf? Maybe disconnect the battery for a couple of hours and see if the problem goes away
