    Anyone know how to attach a fuel pressure gauge to the fuel rail on a NISSAN PATROL Y60 GQ

    Plain english, aussie bloke/shed method.

    On the end of the hose that goes from the fuel filter to the engine, temporarily fit a 3/8" (8mm) brass tee and an extra bit of fuel hose to continue to the motor.
    Using another bit of fuel hose off the leg of the tee, connect to a fuel pressure gauge that will handle at least 80psi.

    Now when you run the engine, the fuel pressure gauge will show the pressure in the rail as supplied by the fuel pump and controlled by the fuel pressure regulator on the outlet side (tank return) of the fuel rail.

    Fuel pressure should be around 40psi at idle, and climb to around 55psi at full load. This is because the fuel pressure regulator adjusts pressure to compensate for manifold vacuum.
    "Can't" is a dirty 4 letter word.
    Best way to deal with a "Can't" is to chop off the "t" and brew it in boiled water for a few minutes.
    Sip on the "t", and consider what you've got left to work with
