The main thing to check is the network and FWIW Telstra has the best remote coverage so Telstra or any third party SIM that uses Telstra is the go.
Next most important is who/where the Server is that logs the data.
The tracker hardware is all but identical in performance and it is only a matter of choosing integrated or external GPS Antenna type and standby power spec
Dolphins are so smart that within a few weeks of captivity, they can train people to stand on the very edge of the pool and throw them fish.

Its just a cheapy, this is the one I have (3 of) and it uses a chinese server. So the chinese know where I am anytime, but I am not an important person to them so they wont care.
If the server goes down ( which it hasnt) I can direct sms the unit and it will tell me where it is without the server.
It logs speed too, so bear that in mind for insurance purposes.
I can hook it up to kill the fuel pump via sms too, which happens once the car slows to 20 kph which I havent bothered with.5DD12EA1-2479-4B1A-88E3-D6F6E1759BEB.jpeg

I love my patrol.. But if it was stolen I think I'd prefer to not get it back. How's the old saying go?.. "Drive it like you stole it" No telling what it's been through while it's been gone. I think I'd prefer the insurance money to go buy something new to love.

Mine has no special significance to me aside from all the blood sweat and tears though.

Thanks, thats 15.75" - will have to call them to see if it will stretch that far - probably not. Appreciate the swift response mark.
