Already has the bracing done mate. Mal at S.G Leslie & sons done the lot. Braced it, smaller hub on the drum, shampfered the drum end plates so they dont cut into the rope, done the bearing mod to the drum and end plate, fill and drain holes. To only thin that wasn't done was a breather port. Which I can do.Originally Posted by MB

Do consider bracing the HM together too even with a standard width drum, they are a beast of a motor them Iskra Mahle’s and pull like a freight train with a shipload of amps.

Then, once this is all back together i need to shoe horn this into my bar somehow. I'll get the bar sandblasted and powdercoated after all this, she's looking a bit second hand.
