    I've made a bit of tube that slides over the top of my bottle jack once the top has been wound up an inch and on top of the tube I've welded on a bit of curved flat bar shaped to wrap around the diff so it can't slip off. Its alot safer with it

    I'll probably never use the bottle jack its just a back up if my high lift fails or I need to help somebody in a sedan where hi lift will be useless.
