What's your favourite camp oven meal

I like to eat fried foods in camp oven meal.
My favorite are BBQ, fried chicken, fried fish, and pizza etc. along with coke.

Corned Beef Silverside with potatoes.
Can float around in ya esky for a week,
still not poison ya.

I like to cook lots of stuff on my stove, but got to love a fry up for breakfast. Bacon, sausages, hashbrowns, eggs, baked beans and fried bread. This will start any day well.

I must say our last lamb stew with dumplings pretty bloody nice.

Roast pork with chilli and marmalade.
Double yummmmmmmm.

Has to be slow cooked lamb shanks just beating any roast meat.
A must with both is roast veg though.

Lamb stew

6 lamb shoulder chops
5 carrots
4 parsnips
1 onion
Bag of peas
10 small potatoes
Salt to taste
Water to just cover ingredients.




Soooo good on a winters night beside the camp fire.
