Patrol 1996 GR SGX -
Hi All,
Great to find a forum for the nissan patrol and fellow enthusiasts.
I purchased my Patrol new in 1996. Have done over 250'000 miles in her and she has only let me down once. I just love my Patrol
I have owned several 4x4's in the past but the patrol is by far the best for many reasons. Very comfortable, can drive her for hours on end and step out at the end of the journey feeling fresh as I got in. Amazing off road capabilities especially when the snow falls. I live on a very steep road and only my patrol and the defenders can get up it. I just love the whole experience of driving her.
My four children have literally grown up in the Patrol and she has taken them to school, trips to their friends, on holidays and kept them all safe.
So she is now 17 years old, rusting around the arches, and has just developed a power problem. Will I be moving her on, not bl**dy likely.
Long live the Patrol
