Rear Door Diner (Back Door Table)

    Hey Guys,

Did a quick search on the forum but couldnt find it posted up here.
Just wanted to make everyone aware of the "Rear Door Diner" from DCM 4x4 Customs, i stumbled upon it today at local 4x4 shop.

i know alot of people make their own setup's as it can be very cheap, but for those not so hands on with their rigs, this is great.

From what i could gather installation is a matter of Removing the original trim, Drilling a few holes and riveting the table on.
The guy in the shop showed me how strong it was by sitting on the one he has installed in his gu. quite impressive i thought.

They do 2 types, Mild Steel that is powder coated (choices available) $350 and Stainless $450, this is for the flip down table and a matching panel for the barn door.

That's a good price imo.. Stainless ain't the price it use to be that's for sure. Throw in stainless piano hinge and tug welded corners it all adds up..

yeah i agree, this is definitely on my shopping list in the near future.

This caught my attention as i have never seen a "commercially" available flip down table. something that you could buy and install yourself as this one is.
