    Wanted : Throttle position sensor for TD42t

    Hello everyone,
    the TPS on my Patrol (automatic transmission)is malfunctioning and ive looked all over but cant find one.
    This sensor is located on the mechanical diesel fuel pump (Zexel). the part number on the existing sensor is 493 TG3. (pics attached)
    DIESEL FUEL PUMP PART NO :
    NISSAN - 16700VB201
    ZEXEL - 1047614233

    It will be great if anyone can help me find a new sensor asap.

    Did you read the thread where a member drilled a hole in it and squirted CrC or similar in it and it worked.

    Hey Threedogs, that was radical but good advise, my race engineer almost fell off his chair when i suggested this and he said he would have nothing to do with this procedure. LOL. none the less we went ahead and drilled a hole and cleaned it out, must say its a lot better, Thank you.
    And guess what the Bosch dealer in India says he can get me the tps although with a 3 month waiting period, its been a month now since i placed the order, cant wait for it to arrive so that i can put it on the dyno and do some proper tuning.
