Think I read $31k for base model & around $40k fully optioned!
Some great ideas for the diy builder though. Especially the full height indoor living space with most things accessible from both inside & out.

Well fark me.. That is insane.. Some very clever design features there that's for sure..
And at $40thou that's a good price imo.. You'd struggle to build a diy Job at that price...
