Thats an interesting one. Does it do it when you only stab the throttle? The engine appears to move a lot, do you have an assistant to check for any contact/chaffing while you're on and off on the throttle?

It runs perfectly. It only happens in gear under a little to alot of load. you can free rev it and you will never hear it. The noise you hear is as long as it goes for, so its not continuous. It sounds like something is loose!!! If it was in the engine, surely the knock sensors would have picked it up??? If you accelerate while driving, what you hear on the clip is all you hear. I've just been told that it might be the starter ??? I have had an issue where the start will only click and thats it. But that hasnt happen for weeks now. My thought was the solenoid was sticking (hadn't been used for while and now its free'd up) Thoughts????

So it's running an auto? Torque converter bolts torqued? If it only does it when in gear that would make you lean towards the transmission rather than the engine?

I recently torqued the torque converter bolts up with lock tight, but I will be checking them tomoz. The auto is shifting perfectly. it is actually running great all round except for this noise. I'll start triple checking all of my work tomoz.

Not sure on the starter making the noise, but you might want to replace it anyway. Mine started clicking a few weeks back but only did it a few times, was a bit lazy to start and eventually gave up completely on the weekend.
Time is never wasted when your wasted all the time

Auto. The same box is behind it except its been rebuilt. No noise at idle, no noise when cruising, no continuous noise when under load. It only happens briefly when you quickly tap the accelerator.
Cheers
