Question.
Is the TD clutch leaver/fork stronger than the TB's one.
or are they identical parts.
Just fitted safari tuff, personally, like the feel but pedal is very short on stroke before it take up.
forum comments are, this is normal.
local brake & clutch who I bought it off recons not the case and will diagnose shortly.
let you know how it turns out.
but no earlier than next week me recon.
oh and don't forget to get flywheel machined, very important.

Are you pulling the box or the motor.
While you have the box or motor out replace the rear seal, and the welch plug (the one behind the fly wheel at the towards to top of the motor) - mine was nearly rusted though when I done it
I pulled the motor as I have a gantry - and did not want to be under the truck trying to lift the box - very heavy.

I'm pulling box out, I'll just use the hoist and gearbox jack at work
Had planned on doin the rear main while I was going, also rebuilding the starter motor with all new bearings and the slave as well
