IMHO the "best" AT tyre revolves totally around the best deal you can get for your $ in Light Truck construction and what you do. They are all pretty good these days with two considerations...
1. 5 rib versus 4 rib - IMHO 4 rib are a no brainer. Much better tyre off the bitumen than 5 rib jobbies
2. The amount of side bite you need, some have little or no side biters in the moulding pattern
I currently run Kuhmo KL78's ($220 a corner) and very happy with them for what I do... off road touring... but not about to leap up and down and say they are better or worse than any others. Simply a good tyre at a good price with very few negative feedbacks found on the WWW
