    TPS Question

Will a TPS for a 10/91-10/94 Nissan Patrol Y60 4.2L Carb TB42S Automatic fit/suit an 89 Nissan Patrol Y60 4.2L Carb TB42S Automatic they look identical and there is no reference to any changes in the models in the manual between a 89 model and a 91-94 carby model

    Thanks

Yep carby models have a TPS. It send information to the tcu (transmission control unit).
As for the op, I think the plugs may be different? If it fits on then give it a try. Adjust it slightly left it right to get the gears changing correctly.

Is yours an efi or carby? I have the carby model. Hopefully someone with an efi will see this and post a pic
