I'm a sitting I'm front of Myers in the city and there a homeless guy with his dog and a cardboard sign, hard to read it but the last two lines were clear.
"I also have pay id my number is
04xx xxx xxx"
Don't know what to make of it??

Make a point of using the promissory notes aka legal tender aka "cash" while you can.
