GU III MY2002 vs MY2003

I'm doing a search on carsales and there seems to be 2 different models of GU III. What is the difference, if any or is it simply the model year? There's not much difference in price until you hit GU IV.

November 2004 I think is when the the change to the GU4 came in. Different body and modest changes to the interior. But if its a GU3, regardless of year they should be the same. Should...

Mate its just the year of manufacture. MY = Manufacture Year.
