Not a broken wire somewhere or bad earth. Do they have a wire that clips onto end of temp sender?

@ Janderson Will require 2 rabbits for first weekend in Aug if any running around
plus yours being a conversion maybe more difficult to find.
There is a value when testing sender but its not in my manual, I'll keep checking

Found this but more on gauge than sender but might help, I'll keep looking

Thanks mate. Truck at 4x4 Obsession at the moment. Getting 3" Exhausts , dyno tune, Superior Engineering Coil Tower Brace Kit and the TD4.2t conversion engineered. Bretts going to look at the gauge while its in there. Will see what I can do about Bugs Bunny.

    Thanks Threedogs,
Found broken wire on sender. (under intake manifold).
I was looking in wrong place for sender, thought it was the one at front of motor on exhaust side (still not sure what this one does???).
