Great job like the sound deadener, my last 4x4 had internal roll cage so I mounted the amp and 2 6x9 4ways in the roof
04 ST 3lt auto, not enough Mods to keep me happy, but getting there

Once I run my draws full length the amp will sit in cavity with lift out lid. Thats why i have angled the fuse box the way I have. 6x9's will go behind the front seats in draw system. I'm itching to get started on draws and cargo barrier. Steel skeleton, sheet metal draws and mdf/carpet top. From what i have planned should take bout 4 weeks to make weekends/after hours.

I was not really chasing the sound deadening affect, more the sealing the floor was the point of the exercise. Once my draw sets go thru I don't want to have to be worrying about the floor after everything is in.

Silent dreams,
Mate I was wondering what body deadener did you use and how many coats and what was the drying time.
I want to do this to my GQ cab chassis but I can only be off the road for a small amount of time as it's my daily driver.
Thanks in advance
Mark
Proud former owner of a 1997 White GQ TD42 Patrol Cab Chassis with an after market turbo, now with over half a million k's and still going strong, that's had a heart transplant and now not owned by me

Its called motorspray. I used 6.5 liters 2 thick coats. Drying time was 5 days with 25-16 degrees ambient temps. With average of 6 hours sun each day.
If you want it to dry faster thin it out with turps and apply more but thin coats.
