    Cool wheel diameter

    Hi All,
    can any tell me what is the biggest diameter wheel I can put on an stock unraised patrol. cheers

    I think the largest you can go is 33" overall diameter mate.

    That is interesting, because the local tyre bloke reckons a 2'' lift is needed for me to fit 33s, or the front tyre will rub. Just a sales pitch?

    Hi Mudnut is it worth getting a professional to do a lift I am pretty savy with a spanner how bad can I boch it?

    GU or GQ?

    I have 33's on my unraised GU and they fit fine, they do rub the mudflaps but nothing to be too concerned about.....

    I have no idea, mate, I've never done a lift, but there are many forum members that have. Just try the search function, type in 2' lift, grab some popcorn and have a good read.

    You can get away without the lift but 33s will scrub, it's best to get a 2in lift but even then they may still scrub, especially front mud guards

    will they scrub on normal road driving or when your off road pushing your suspension.cheers
