Accessing Craig's Hut in the snow

Hi all, planning a day trip in the next couple of weeks with the family to go and see Craig's Hut covered in snow (hopefully) but I hear that the road in gets closed in winter? Anybody know if this is true or if there are other roads in?

Hi Winnie not sure where Craig's Hut is to be honest but I think you can get to it. If its in the National Park then Seasonal Closures are in place. I am sure I have been there in the snow though mate??

Not sure if this pic is of any use to you but FYI

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

It's a main dirt road but I do remember seeing gates near that scout hall. Give that servo a ring at bottom mate.

Have a look for one of our meet ups on here. We did one years ago with directions to it and the name, etc.
