Patrol God
@"Scotch" I'd be removing the intercooler to clean and test for leaks first, Sounds like you have poor vacuum to me.
Check all vacuum hoses, question what area are you in?.
Is this an ex Telstra or Mine Patrol
May need to fit a catch can. Clean MAF with Maf cleaner don't throw old one away, maybe still good
04 ST 3lt auto, not enough Mods to keep me happy, but getting there

I gave it an oil change approx 2,000 ago, replaced oil, oil filter, fuel filter, air filter and coolant, used K&N air filter and Castrol Magnatech 15W-40 oil.
I hardly think there could be any consequences related to this.
it was at 82,000 and the sticker stated next service 80,000.
I'm now 100% positive that there is a leak in the IC and have splashed out for a welded high flow newby, when I fit this I will seal the joints as well.

I'm in the Southern Highlands NSW, yes its ex- mine i'm guessing Mckay or there abouts as its got a Mac's body on it. No real bad rust though, so i'm not sure exactly where it came from originally or how long it spent in the mine, or what sort of mine for that matter.
have already fitted a catch can and have cleaned the MAF to no avail. Won't be throwing anything at this stage, I say if it don't make a difference i put the old one on ebay, only when the probs are fixed though.
