Efi with Lpg upgrade
Hi, has anyone upgraded their 4.2 petrol carbie motor using the 4.2 efi system, as I am about to do this?

Im also about to do mine - only need the electric fuel pump. I have seen a write up elese where
The guy who done it stripped the loom - and only connected the bits he needed.
The advantage what I have read is that you get a bit better power and fuel economy - he was saving 2 litre 100k

Ive seen one which had he swap. Was fairly painless apart from getting the loom through the firewall. Other then that its bolt up and away you go. Fuel pump was an inline jobbie.

These pics will give you an idea of where the bolts are. As GSC mentioned, some are a bitch to get to, and a half inch drive socket won't fit. Will probably need a 3/8 drive socket, as the diameter of the actual socket is smaller. You will understand what I mean when you get to it.

Is it worth doing the mod?
What are the gains - power? Economy?
My carby tb42s is running well (recently put a kit though the carby and pertonix)
What fuel pump can be used?
