GQ 2.8L Glow Plugs

ello...
ive been having some trouble cold starting.. and have been told the previous owner had changed 2 of the glow plugs...
so i thought id change them all.. because ive heard they should all get replaced together...

BUT!

this' the first diesel ive owned and have no idea where stuff is. where are the glow plugs??
to make it easier to describe... i do know where the "Diesel spill rail" is (had it changed recently due to a pin hole leak..) so if someone could help me out and direct me to the glow plugs from the spill rail?? (or a picture would be even better??? )

... is it more technical that changing spark plugs?? (i.e. is the torque the plugs are installed with very important?) or is "reasonably tight" good enough???
ive done spark plugs in a RB25 (Petrol engine)
