I can understand that considering the effect of humidity on perspiration. The more humid the less body cooling via evaporation of perspiration. So i can see how 38 could feel like 43 in hot and humid conditions. Its raining here and the hygrometer reads 80% humidity but its 16 degrees. How much evaporative cooling is going on at that temp? Stuff it, this is a stupid conversation
