Not angry that he is buying another property but all of his comments had been positive and he had lead us to believe that the Sale was going ahead.
Soo back to the Drawing Board.
Bloody frustrating for you Bob, hope you get another buyer quick.

When you find someone let me know. Hehe.
Funny about finding someone at Dargo. One of my last Jobs before I shut the business down was an old peoples home in Camberwell. I got talking to this 100plus year old woman, as you do, and she lived in Dargo. Had a few hundred acres on the river and only recently sold it. The amazing this was she was born an bred out that way. She lived and her dad owned a butchers in the old town of Grant, which is no longer there.
It was amazing listening to her stories.

That would be awesome, I am currently reading the diary of a miner who lived at Store Point and taught Sunday school in Toombon from the 1800s

We are actually going up on the Monday or Tuesday after easter so it wont be as busy. Thinking of the high country bus the homo's in blue are putting a dampener there. I'd love the border track, but we like somewhere to swim...

This is something that really pisses me off, the government had the chance to buy Cubbie Station upstream that drawers a huge amount of water out of the Murray Darling system.
At the time they said there was no point as they had no water allocation and buying it would make no difference.
Since then they have given them back their water allocation, both sides of government are bloody useless when it comes to helping save the Murray Darling system.

FarkenOath, no offence to our members upstream but what those farms do to f@rk the river down stream is nothing but criminal! NSW and VIC need to Phark off with the water usage, FFS driest continent on earth and tnhe irresponsible farming that goes on upstream is Phuking disgraceful

I am he, fear me
You'se forgot to mention "Queensland" and "Cotton"... most of the water for the Darling is gone before it gets to NSW
Dolphins are so smart that within a few weeks of captivity, they can train people to stand on the very edge of the pool and throw them fish.
