I knew they stuffed up... had a heap of emails I did not read yesterday and when she said that she had sent it 3 times and asked me to check my junk folder I told her I did not have one and for her to check the spelling on the email (even after they read the email back to us twice on two occasions) we finally got what we wanted 5 min after I texted her last night telling her to check on her end..... Real estate agents are arrogant pricks who seem to enjoy talking down to you when they think there is nothing in it for them.

Telstra yet again. We have recently moved so need to get the internet connected at the new place. Originally it was going to be 5 weeks from the relocation request. I called and had it moved to today. So they were suppose to be here between 8am and 12pm. So I have been off work for half a day now and I get a text saying they have moved my appointment to 1pm to 5pm cos they were busy this morning.
Whats adds to it also is I am an optus customer but optus need telstra to come and hook it up. Wtf grrr

I am in the middle of moving at the moment and gave Telstra one week notice. Phone and internet was on the day we moved in here.
