We were going to look at a house and put in an offer when i get home from work next week but today the real estate has told to me its just gone under offer. I am really pissed off at myself for taking too long to make up our minds. We have finally made up our minds about biting the bullet and getting out of the metro area and going to a country town and this place would've been perfect now it might be gone. Sounds mean but fark i hope their finance falls through.

What can I say Clunk, only that if people want to copy stuff, make it better than the original and not in China.

G'day Neil,
We could but we are still in the process of sorting out our finance and the sale of our house so our offer will have to be subject to the sale of our place and that could take some time.
This buying and selling houses is bit much for me i don't understand the first bloody thing, the more i try the more confused i get
