Oh, bloody Telstra tech support, bloody Telstra full stop. Don't get me started on talking to support people you cannot understand. Here's a good business model, setup a support centre, expect people to ring up who will be upset and then get them to speak with someone they can't understand. That'll calm them down.

Dropped my circa $300 sunnies off the back of my head today whilst looking up at something. The rim off the glasses hit the edge of the builders compound saw and cracked the frame and the glass lens. Fecking spewing. They were really good sunnies. Lasted 5 years so thats pretty good going I suppose.

Not Patrol related, but crashed my drone!!! What really pizzes me off is that it was 100% my own fault.
