Truck rollover at Yering I heard mate. Yep happy to be safely ensconsed at home for the long weekend. Used to go nuts like everyone else but now i stay home most long weekends. Just not worth the hassle.

What is the charge? Eating a meal? A succulent Chinese meal??

Bought a new gas heater fofrcamping today, worked great and was so warm.
I fell asleep in the annex and couple of hours later wife wakes up to burning smell, comes out to find flames high from heater. The hose had melted and gas was burning from hose. At least I was warm.20200606_012337.jpg

Looks like the side of the heater got hot enough to melt the hose, very much a design flaw. Brand is Companion which is usually reliable. Disappointed as this is exactly what I wanted but not sure I could ever trust it.
Wife said the flames were 4 foot high, wish she got a photo.

Holy moly scary stuff. That thing should be taken off the market until it's fully investigated.

Bloody hell! Glad you're still with us, Tony. I hope they'll have to recall them after that sought of failure.
