grab that panel mate... you don't need a converter.

any decent MPPT solar reg will take 60 to 75 VDC input and "convert" it to the system volatage IE 12 or 24 (in your case 12).

I like Victron but there are others... either of these would do (30 or 50) https://www.victronenergy.com/solar-...rs/mppt-100-30
Thanks mate I'll have a look into them. Fyi this is the spec sheet on the back of the unit. Looks pretty decent for a freebie to me.

Dolphins are so smart that within a few weeks of captivity, they can train people to stand on the very edge of the pool and throw them fish.

Not quite angry but annoyed that my cat has figured a way to break out of the house at night. I will be fixing the issue today but last night she managed to break out and catch this little guy, which I can surmise is a Feathertail glider, and a native. Pretty annoyed at myself and the cat, I don't like being responsible for injured native wildlife. It's doing well, in a blanket and a box and wildlife Vic is on their way.

Good on your for looking after the glider mate. Sounds like the poor kitty will be in detention for a while now lol.

Look at it this way... It could have brought in a baby eastern brown.

    From ET's Australian Concise dictionary

    ANGER (noun)

An emotion strong enough to tinge eyesight red, destroy all logical thought process and evoke a continuous stream of foul language closely followed by random acts of violence on inanimate objects (see TANTRUM).

Most commonly precipitated by Accessory Salespeople absolutely guaranteeing a product will fit your vehicle and, after waiting days for manuf of the 'special custom order' then spending several hours, enduring numerous physical injuries and even resorting to reading the instructions multiple times it becomes apparent you have more chance of shoving an Elephant up a Mouses Arse than getting said item to fit.

If the prick who sold me the dual battery tray is at work on Monday he better have a Tub Of Vas or a Gold Medicare Card 'cause I mightn't be able to get an Elephant up a Mouses backside but I reckon I can go close to shoving the Tray up his, all necessary brackets, nuts, bolts and clamp incl... he doesn't realise how lucky his arse is that I didn't buy the Battery he tried to upsell me as well !!!!

It had done that before mate lol caught it during the day, I busted her "playing"with it as they do outside my front door, had a look to see what it was and seen about a 200mm long snake. Literally threw the cat away then stamped it out with me boot lol

At least you try and lock the little savage away. I have been told that they are capable of murder up to 2000 creatures a year.
My advice is: not to follow my advice.

Bugger, I thought I found the prize nugget!

3-4" deep so can almost rule out trash and when I dug it up the heavy weight in my hand was almost a certain nice size nugget.....or lead!

Looks like an old lead shot maybe?
