    No they shouldn't, but that's what happens.

    All it take's is one person doing the wrong thing and it screws it up for the rest of us.

    You have to wonder about the mentality of these people.

    Fishing today and found the boat wasn't performing like it should, felt heavy.
    And every time I took off the nose went skyward.
    On returning to the ramp and removing the bungs, I reckon 100 litres of water came out.
    And found the culprit.

    yeah i cant comment really as i had 80 acres of unused farm that we play(ed) in legally. (see " a paddock somewhere" in the videos thread). Its shit that it happens and even worse that the honest people suffer becuase of the law breakers but i do feel sorry for people that live in a city and dont get an outlet.
